Unit is in working condition, but the internal potentiates could use a splash of DE-Exit. Turn dial until you get peak reading again, et voila. See attached photos, in which this 1612 is measuring a 47pF mica. Unit is in very nice cosmetic condition.
Got capacitors to measure. Your capacitance is read out on the dial. Making use of one Gris precision variable capacitors, set to 0, peak up the internal 1MHz detector, then attach your capacitor. Wood en box's finish is good, front panel clean and unmarred.
