Details:

From an estate sale is a bsc cv90 gps time base that produces 10 MHz calibration signal. Included with the main unit is a power supply, copy of manual on CD, no antenna.

The unit powers up but was not able to get a stable lock on satellites. I don't have the gps antenna that is used with this unit. The fact it does lock indicates may be seeing signal but in order to stay locked needs at least 4 satellites acquired remain.

Also the fact it goes to holdover if lock isn't attained shows some functionality. Saw the lock light illuminate for a short time but goes out and then holdover lamp lights.
